Hilton Head Real Estate-Hilton Head Plantation Update-7/18-7/31
During the period of 7/18 through 7/31, twelve new listings came on the market in Hilton Head Plantation. There were also eleven listing that experienced price reductions. Two of the pended listing closed. The properties that closed were 17 Pineland Road, for $290,000 and 69 Crooked Pond, for $275,000. Eight homes also went pending during this period.
