The sales have occurred in Sea Pines Plantation, Palmetto Dunes Plantation and Port Royal Plantation. Activity has been brisk in Hilton Head Plantation Real Estate thus far this month. Currently, ten homes are currently under contract. List prices range from $187,500 for a Spring Lake home to $1,395,000 for a home on Seabrook Landing.
