No properties were put under contract and no pending sales closed during this period of time; although three (3) pending sales were projected to close between July 10 and the 15<sup>th</sup>.  Eighteen (18) current listed experienced price reductions during the ten day period and nine (9) new listings came on the market.

List prices range from $187,500 for a Spring Lake home to $1,395,000 for a home on Seabrook Landing. Bill KellyHilton Head Island is still one of the only places in South Carolina where you can walk your dogs on the beach unleashed after 5:00 pm during the summer season. I try to get an evening walk in daily with my two dogs and have noticed over the past couple of months some roped-off areas indicating where there are active Sea Turtle nests.
