Gerry PrudhommeJune 2009 posted 177 Pending  and 113 Closed Home sales for a total of 290 transactions, up dramatically from 136 Pendings and 111 Closings totalling 247 during June 2008.  The 15% monthy jump is very good news from an inventory standpoint.  Prices weakened significantly with the average price of the closed transactions falling from $725,319 in June 2008 to $527,620 last month representing 27% price drop.
