One point that I tried to make over and over again which did not come across in the article is that I think it is an unbelievable <strong>Time to Buy</strong>. The buyers that are not choosing the "herd mentality" of buying will be sitting in the driver's seat in the near future with great real estate investments worth more than what they paid.
