Crescent Resources Files Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

Crescent Resources, the developer of local communities Palmetto Bluff and Oldfield Plantation, filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy today. Crescent's CEO, Art Fields has retired. Andrew Hede, who is Crescent's restructuring officer will serve as CEO.
