A committed professional with a time-tested track record, Yvonne Broadhurst has been helping clients secure their dream homes since 1984 and here on Hilton Head Island since 1992. Her greatest attributes are a personal attentiveness to client privacy and devotion to customer satisfaction. Yvonne joined Carolina Realty Group in 2008, but started her real estate career in the Washington, DC area in 1984, working with a diverse cross section of buyers and sellers that included Fortune 500 executives, judges, doctors, diplomats, educators and engineers. Registered and known locally as The Waterfront Broker, Yvonne’s expertise is preeminent properties at the beach and one of our many estuaries. Yvonne is a recipient of Washington DC’s Business and Professional Women's “Woman of the Year” award and since moving to the island has dedicated her time not just to her real estate career, but to the community as well. She is actively involved in outreach programs that address the needs of the less fortunate, including the homeless in nearby Savannah, Ga., inmates at Ridgeland Correctional Institute and various women’s support groups. Raised on a farm/ranch near Pierre, South Dakota, Yvonne moved to the Washington D.C. area in 1970 and then to Hilton Head Island in 1992. She loves to spend time with her husband, Mike, their two children Chad and Corby, their spouses and four precious grandchildren. |
