Tim Peirce joined Carolina Realty Group as a sales associate in February of 2008 and specializes in professional relocations, listings and general buyer representation throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry. Immediately prior to joining Carolina Realty Group, Tim worked as a Sales Associate with Cora Bett Thomas Realty in Bluffton, SC. In the South Carolina office, Tim was responsible for over 40% of Cora Bett Thomas’ total volume for the year 2007 and was consistently ranked #1. Before moving to the Lowcountry and starting his career in Real Estate, Tim had a successful career as a Sales Associate with various Hi-Tec firms such as RAND Worldwide in Wayland, MA and Pentagon Engineering in Herndon, Virginia selling software solutions and consulting services to the design and manufacturing sector. Tim was continually recognized for top performance and positive attitude, traits that he’s carried with him in his Real Estate career. His success in Hi-Tec and Real Estate is a direct result of listening to a client’s needs and finding the appropriate solution coupled with the highest standard of customer service.Originally from Topsfield, Massachusetts, Tim graduated with a B.B.A from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he also had the opportunity to be educated at the University of Ulster at Magee in Derry, Northern Ireland on an exchange program. Tim is actively involved in the community through The Rotary Club of Bluffton. He has built three homes since moving to the Lowcountry and has invested in several rental properties. He and his wife, Maura, currently reside in Hampton Hall with their sons, Charlie & Shane. |
