Mark was born and raised in Western North Carolina. He obtained his real estate license in 1992 and joined the sales force at Fairfield Communities, Inc. focusing on land and condo sales. At age 24, Mark became the Director of Marketing and Rental Management for Fairfield Mountains Resort in Lake Lure, NC. In 1995, Mark, his wife Tricia and their family moved to Hilton Head Island. Mark worked with Del Webb Sun City as a new home sales representative until the late 90’s and then stepped out into general brokerage. For ten years Mark specialized in resort property sales working with Dunes Marketing Group. During Mark’s ten years at Dunes Marketing Group he accumulated many notable distinctions and awards including "Sales Agent of the Year" in 2005 and again in 2007. "I pride myself by offering exceptional customer service and a results-driven approach”. My philosophy about my career; "You get back as much as you put in. I am dedicated to the real estate profession and strive for excellence through commitment, continued education and product knowledge. When not working, Mark enjoys boating, golf and spending time with his wife Tricia and daughters; Raegan and Olivia.
