Kate has been a Hilton Head area resident since her graduation from University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce in May of 2003. Concentrations in marketing and finance, have provided the basis for her unique approach to real estate marketing and to analyzing the market. Prior to selling real estate, Kate worked in many facets of general real estate brokerage. In sharp contrast to the training available to many real estate practitioners, she spent two years learning the ins and outs of real estate from a top producer in the luxury market. She credits her knowledge and success to this training and to her wonderful mentor and now business partner.
