A 20-year resident of the Low Country, Diane Rollo-Datz joined Carolina Realty Group in 2010 specializing in the sales and marketing of residential properties located in gated communities. Diane believes that Carolina Realty Group offers the cutting edge technology to best service her clients. Her association with this group gives her the ability to incorporate the experience and versatility of services that this team of top producing real estate professionals has to offer with every transaction. Prior to joining Carolina Realty Group she most recently worked at Reardon Brothers Custom Homes as a project coordinator. She has over five years experience in custom home design, estimating, construction and marketing. As a coordinator she was involved with the planning, design and construction of premier custom built homes in private gated communities. Prior to her involvement in the construction industry Diane was employed by The Sea Pines Resort as a sports marketing coordinator. She has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and event coordination.

Prior to moving to the area, Diane and her husband, Dick Datz owned and operated a New Jersey real estate company in the resort area of Atlantic City. Combining her knowledge of the real estate market and construction industry she has developed expertise in assessing the value of properties in the Hilton Head Area based on location and quality combined with the current status of the real estate market. Diane’s goal with every client is to pay close attention to detail and provide exceptional customer service.

Raised in Springfield, Pennsylvania located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Diane moved to the Atlantic City area in 1981 and then to Hilton Head Island in 1993. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Dick, their sons Patrick, Christopher and his wife, Meredith and their three grandchildren.
