Darle is a graduate of Valparaiso University in Indiana where she majored in Business and Mathematics, a perfect basis for a career in real estate. She first acquired her real estate license in Dayton, Ohio and became owner of the company within two years, soon becoming a top sales leader in the community.

Her career path led her to ownership in a construction and development company giving her much insight into the housing industry. Darle taught numerous real estate courses and was actively involved as committee chair for various committees at the Dayton Area Board of Realtors while also serving at the state level.

In 1980, Darle visited Hilton Head Island and began investing in area properties as vacation rentals and later as a second home. These personal experiences provided her a real understanding of the choices facing potential buyers at all levels of ownership. By 1992, she had become a full time resident of Hilton Head.

Darle has been a top producer in the greater Hilton Head area for a number of years specializing in the luxury market. When Carolina Realty Group expanded their operations into the Bluffton market, it was a wonderful opportunity for her to join the team. She enjoys working both on the island and mainland and having a strong company presence in both areas is very important to her in providing the best service to her clients.

Although Darle loves spending time with her family and occasionally traveling with her husband, Bob, she is also actively involved in the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra Board where she serves on the Executive Committee. She particularly likes meeting new people and making new friends through her business. Her goal is always to find the right property and to create a great experience in the search.
