Brett Lance has been a licensed Realtor with the Carolina Realty Group since 2005. Brett is an Ohio native who moved to Hilton Head Island in 1999 after serving our country as an Air Traffic Controller in the United States Marine Corps. Brett has an extensive background in commercial and residential construction and was an accomplished project manager prior to his transition into real estate. Brett's attention to detail sets him apart from many. Brett sets extremely high standards for himself and brings a lot of creative energy to our team.
